Shipping and Returns

By purchasing through our website, it is assumed that you have previously visited a Germaine de Capuccini Spa and that you have used our products in the past. It is because of these reasons that we will only accept returned merchandise, under the following conditions:

1. It is unopened merchandise with all original packaging, and it is in perfect conditions.
2. If your merchandise was damaged in the mail, you obtain a free replacement, as long as an image is emailed and the damage good is sent to our warehouse.
3. All returns must be made within 15 days of purchase.
4. Refunds will only be credited to the Credit Card used to make the purchase.
5. Client is responsible for all shipping costs necessary to send back the merchandise to IAC:
